From 1949 until 1962, this series covered the cases of Johnny Dollar, an eminent American freelance insurance investigator, who had an action-packed expense account.
Johnny was skilled at padding his expense report.
The show got its moniker because he ended every performance by adding up his expenses and signing it, "End of report. Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar."
