Early in the 1980s, Nightfall, a half-hour radio program with a supernatural and horror theme, was broadcast in Canada. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) produced the show, which aired from July 1980 to June 1983. Bill Howell, well-known for his work on other television series like CBC Playhouse and Johnny Chase: Secret Agent of Space, is the show's creator.
